1. Interpretation
In these terms and conditions:"Customer" - means the person who places an order for the Products via the Website;

2 The contract between us
Goofygoatgifts.com must receive payment of the whole of the price for the Products that you order, before your Order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by goofygoatgifts.com, goofygoatgifts.com will confirm that your Order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide at the time of placing the Order. Goofygoatgifts.com’s acceptance of your Order by sending that email brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
3 Price
The price payable for Products that you order and the method of payment is as set out on the Website. You will be required to pay extra for delivery.
4 Right for you to cancel your contract
You may cancel your contract with goofygoatgifts.com for the Products you order at any time up to the end of the 28th day from the date you receive the ordered Products. You do not need to give goofygoatgifts.com any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us by email via the Contact Us page at www.goofygoatgifts.com. If you have received the Products before you cancel your contract then you must send the Products back to the address for returns given on the website at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but goofygoatgifts.com have already processed the Products for delivery you must again send the Products back to goofygoatgifts.com to the address on the website at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified goofygoatgifts.com in writing that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited in favour of goofygoatgifts.com shall be returned to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your Order PROVIDED THAT the Products in question have been returned by you to the address for returns given on the website, and receipt of which has been confirmed by goofygoatgifts.com in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the Products delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, goofygoatgifts.com shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the Products from the amount to be returned to you. If you do not return the Products delivered to you in the same condition that they were supplied then goofygoatgifts.com shall be entitled to deduct a cost related to the damage to the Products from the amount to be returned to you.
5 Cancellation by goofygoatgifts .com
Goofygoatgifts.com reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if goofygoatgifts.com is unable to deliver the Products you have ordered due to insufficient stock;
Goofygoatgifts.com is not able to arrange delivery to your area; or
one or more of the Products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If goofy goat gifts .com does cancel your contract, goofy goat gifts .com shall notify you by e-mail and will return to you any sum paid by you to goofy goat gifts .com as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your Order. Goofy goat gifts .com will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
6 Delivery of Products to you
goofy goat gifts .com will arrange delivery of the Products ordered by you to the address you provide for delivery at the time you make your Order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your Order is accepted. Please note that bespoke items will have a longer delivery time. You will become the owner of the Products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. 7 Liability

Returns
We will offer a refund or an exchange on any purchase, for any reason, as long as this is requested, in writing, within 28 days of receiving the delivery. Goods must be returned to the designer/maker in perfect condition and accompanied by the delivery note.Shipping charges on returned merchandise will be at the customer's expense. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We will only refund postage costs if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
